Volodymyr Saldo, appointed by Russia as the head of the occupation administration of the Kherson region, was removed from his post for theft. The Telegram channel “We Can Explain” writes about this, citing a source in the Russian government.
According to him, the story of the alleged poisoning of Saldo is just a cover. The fact is that he cannot be formally charged, since the money in Kherson comes from Moscow in cash. The Defense Ministry source added that Ekaterina Gubareva, appointed by Russia as deputy head of the occupation administration of the Kherson region, is being considered for the place of Saldo.
In early August, Telegram channels Mash and Baza reported that Saldo had been hospitalized in a Crimean hospital with suspected poisoning. It was alleged that he was connected to a ventilator and put into a medically induced coma.
On September 12, Saldo posted the first video since the alleged poisoning. On it, he says that he did not appear in public, since all this time he was under the supervision of doctors.
