Kristina Asmus was not fined in the case of “discrediting” the Russian army. The court found no offense

The court dismissed the case of "discrediting" the Russian army against actress Christina Asmus, Mediazona writes . He was brought in August for the anti-war post Asmus in social networks, but the judge decided that there was no corpus delicti in the case.

On the first day of the war, February 24, the actress posted a black square on Instagram with the caption: “Fear and pain. Please stop all this. No war!!!!!". On August 31, it became known that a protocol had been drawn up against her under the article on “discrediting”. A few days later this post was deleted .

Lawyer Vladimir Lyakhovsky asked the court to consider the case behind closed doors. After one of the meetings, he told reporters that he supported the war and that he would not defend the actress if she really opposed the "special operation."

In July, Asmus said that from the film “Own War” by Alexei Chadov, footage shot with her participation was cut out (she had the main role). For what reasons, she did not say, but stated that the producers "decided to cut the entire civilian line". At the end of March, Chadov was included in the list of artists "undesirable" in Ukraine.
