The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported on the great success of Russian troops in Ukraine – on the destruction of a barge with a landing force of the MTR of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine, who was trying to capture the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant. A video has been published on the official Telegram channel of the ministry, showing how an object called a barge is being shot from helicopters.
The shot object indeed from a distance resembles a barge, but without deck superstructures, that is, it is not self-propelled. Such a barge can move only with the help of a tugboat or a pusher, but it is not in the frame. What is the point in landing on an unguided watercraft is not clear.
In the Gray Zone Telegram channel, they were able to identify the "barge". It turned out to be the support of the bridge across the Dnieper near Energodar, built in 1943 by the German invaders and blown up by German sappers six months later during the retreat. In this form, the remainder of the bridge stood for 78 years until the victorious strike of Russian helicopters.
It only remains to admit that Russian troops have finally achieved tangible success in the denazification of Ukraine: they have damaged a facility built by the Nazis during the occupation. True, unused and not needed by anyone.
