Kadyrov’s administration has prepared a decree on the mobilization of conscripts born in 1995-2004

The administration of the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has prepared a draft resolution on the mobilization from October 1 until the end of the year of "the main and reserve draft boards", it will concern local residents born in 1995-2004. Kavkaz.Realii writes about this with reference to a document dated September 14 and a source in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the republic.

The authorities will instruct the Ministry of Internal Affairs to identify draft dodgers and deliver them to the military commissariats.

Chechen Press Minister Akhmed Dudayev said the conscription had "no connection" with Ukraine and called it a planned annual mobilization. He added that even if the decision had something to do with this, the authorities “do not see anything terrible” in this.

According to the publication, the draft resolution was prepared against the backdrop of Kadyrov's call for mobilization in all regions of Russia. On September 15, Kadyrov called for "self-mobilization" in each individual region. According to him, Russia is a federal state in which the regions "can be the initiators of any undertakings." The head of the republic believes that each head of the region "is able to prepare, train and staff at least one thousand volunteers."

After that, the "head" of the Russian-occupied Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, fully supported Kadyrov's initiative, calling him a "friend" and a "brother." According to Aksyonov, the regions are obliged to make every effort to "defeat the Nazis and restore peace." He clarified that Crimea has fielded more than 1,200 volunteers and is forming two more battalions.
