“I ask you to start implementing” – the head of the Magadan region supported Kadyrov’s idea of \u200b\u200b“self-mobilization” of the regions

The head of the Magadan region, Sergei Nosov, became the third Russian governor to publicly support Ramzan Kadyrov's proposal for the "self-mobilization" of the regions.

“Self-mobilization”, which Ramzan Kadyrov spoke about, is needed. But the possibilities of the regions are different. For example, we do not have military units, we have only one recruiting office, and it will probably be difficult for us to provide high-quality military training. Also, the economic opportunities for each region are different, as well as the number. But together, in cooperation and interaction, we will be able to carry out the mobilization that we talked about. We need to work with the regions. Each has its own advantages, best sides and best qualities, and if you combine them, you get what Ramzan Akhmatovich is talking about. I give instructions to interact with colleagues and reserve the right to interact myself. I ask you to proceed with the implementation,” he said .

On September 15, Kadyrov called for "self-mobilization" in each individual region. He stated that each leader of the region "is able to prepare, train and staff at least one thousand volunteers."

The idea of Kadyrov was supported by the head of the Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, and the governor of the Kursk region, Roman Starovoit. Aksyonov said that the regions were obliged to make every effort to "defeat the Nazis and restore peace," while Starovoit put it this way:

“I will support the call of Ramzan Kadyrov. Yes, now every head of the region should act as responsibly as possible in his post and help our troops.”

The day before it became known that the Chechen authorities had prepared a draft resolution on the mobilization from October 1 to the end of the year "the main and reserve composition of the draft commission", which will apply to local residents born in 1995-2004. Kavkaz.Realii writes about this with reference to a document dated September 14 and a source in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the republic.
