Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavsky proposed the creation of a special tribunal for those responsible for the massacre of civilians in Izyum. He wrote about this on Twitter. According to him, Russia is responsible for the crimes.

“Russia left behind the mass graves of hundreds of executed and tortured people in Izyum. In the 21st century, such attacks on civilians are unthinkable and disgusting. We must not lose sight of this. We stand for the punishment of all war criminals. I call for the speedy establishment of a special international tribunal that will investigate the crime of aggression,” he wrote.

Recall that 445 graves of civilians and one mass grave, in which servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were buried, were found in the liberated from Russian occupation. Since September 16, bodies have been exhumed to investigate the circumstances of the death of people. According to the prosecutor of the Kharkiv region Alexander Filchakov, some corpses show signs of torture, one body had a rope wrapped around the neck, and limbs were broken.”

There are also children among the exhumed bodies. In particular, criminologists found the buried Stolpakov family – father, mother, two children, as well as the mother's grandmother and younger sister. They were in the basement, which was filled up as a result of shelling, the newspaper writes. Their groans were heard, but it was not possible to dismantle the rubble and save the family. The whole family died on March 9th.
