Residents of the Kharkiv region, which began to be liberated from Russian occupation since the beginning of September, report experiencing torture. Thus, a resident of Kupyansk said that during the occupation he was tortured by FSB officers in order to find out the names and addresses of ATO participants, territorial defense fighters and residents who took a pro-Ukrainian position.
