Russian military fired from a tank on a civilian car in the Kharkiv region, two women died – Kharkiv Regional State Administration

In the border village of Strelechya, Kharkiv region, the Russian military fired at a civilian vehicle from a tank, killing two women. This was stated by the head of the Kharkiv regional administration Oleg Sinegubov.

With reference to the data of the Center for Emergency Medical Aid, Sinegubov also reports that an 11-year-old girl died under Russian shelling in Chuguev.

In total, as a result of night shelling in the Kharkiv region, 5 civilians were hospitalized with wounds in the Kupyansky district, 3 in Kharkov, including a 91-year-old man. 2 victims in Izyumsky district, 1 – in Chuguevsky.

Residents of the Kharkiv region, which began to be liberated from Russian occupation since the beginning of September, report experiencing torture. Thus, a resident of Kupyansk said that during the occupation he was tortured by FSB officers in order to find out the names and addresses of ATO participants, territorial defense fighters and residents who took a pro-Ukrainian position. A video with his testimonies was published by the Security Service of Ukraine. “They threatened: you will see a peaceful sky only in a minefield, along with a dog, who is the first, you or the dog,” he said.
