The police drew up a protocol because of Kochkin's post on the Angry Chuvashia Telegram channel, in which he invites deputies to go to war themselves. He made this proposal after the head of Chuvashia, Oleg Nikolaev, supported Ramzan Kadyrov's idea of ​​"self-mobilization."
