“Now they have a choice. And if in the course of a direct expression of will they say that they want to be part of Russia, colleagues, we will support them, and they must understand this, that today we expect a free expression of their will from them.
Also during the meeting, State Duma deputy Viktor Vodolatsky spoke, who said that "the deputies of the People's Council of the LPR" unanimously adopted a law on holding a referendum in the self-proclaimed republic.
Meanwhile, the LDNR authorities are already preparing for referendums. In the "LPR" it will be held from September 23 to 27, according to "the first deputy speaker of the parliament of the republic." According to officials in the "DNR", electronic voting can be used. What kind of system will be used is not reported. Recall that during the elections of municipal deputies of Moscow, the electronic voting system hung at least twice, during one of these problems, 7,000 votes suddenly appeared.
