Citizens subject to mobilization were advised not to travel abroad and not travel around the country

Citizens subject to mobilization are not recommended to travel abroad, said Andrey Kartapolov, chairman of the State Duma Defense Committee. His words are quoted by Interfax.

“Additional restrictions, in my opinion, will not be introduced. You can safely go on a business trip to Krasnodar or Omsk, but I would not advise you to go to resorts in Turkey – relax in the resorts of Crimea and the Krasnodar Territory, ”he said.

He stressed that you can move around the country until you receive a summons. But he added that "it is better not to do this."

Kartapolov also said that after partial mobilization, “several new formations and units will be formed, which will primarily be designed to cover the state border, as well as to create operational depth in those areas where tasks continue to be carried out during a special military operation.”
