Kadyrov: Chechen special forces are switching to new tactics of a special operation

Chechen units will adhere to new tactics in Russia's war against Ukraine, said the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov.

"All. Let's move on to a new tactic of a special operation against the Ukronazis. We are not going to mess with them anymore … The enemy will soon face the most difficult consequences for himself of the new plan of retribution. All our previous actions will now seem like childish pranks to them, ”Kadyrov wrote .

According to him, he discussed the details with the speaker of the Chechen parliament, Magomed Daudov, who heads the republican operational headquarters for conducting a "special military operation."

In the video, he and Daudov are sitting on the grass in front of some smeared object.

“Kadyrov is interested in the escalation of the conflict. His interest is that he and the Putin regime link the defeat in Ukraine with the fall of the regime, and the fall of the Putin regime also promises losses for Kadyrov, because he is strongly synchronized with this regime, ”Abubakar Yangulbaev, a Chechen human rights activist, told The Insider. According to him, the mobilization should be good news for the people of Chechnya. “Mobilization means that reserve officers under the age of 35 must go there, if I understand correctly, and there are catastrophically few people from Chechnya who served. So far, the largest draft since the 90s was only, in my opinion, in 2020, when 700 people were recruited, and even then they were not recruited. Somewhere since 2016, if they took it, then somewhere around 500 a year,” Yangulbaev explained.

On September 15, Kadyrov called for "self-mobilization" in each individual region. According to him, Russia is a federal state in which the regions "can be the initiators of any undertakings." After that, a number of governors supported his proposal.

On September 21, Putin announced a partial mobilization in Russia starting Wednesday.
