Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu issued a statement after Putin's appeal and the announcement of partial mobilization. According to Shoigu, 300 thousand reservists will be called up, students will not be mobilized. At the same time, he stated that Russia's losses in Ukraine amounted to only 5937 people.
