The Kremlin cannot disclose the unpublished seventh paragraph of the decree on partial mobilization in Russia, as it was written "for official use," Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
Peskov noted that the hidden point is related to the number of mobilized.
The seventh point was omitted from Putin's decree announcing "partial mobilization" in Russia. The publication on the website of regulations noted that it is intended "for official use":
On September 21, Russian Defense Minister Shoigu instructed to proceed with the execution of the decree on partial mobilization:
“It is necessary to organize timely and high-quality notification of citizens, strengthening measures to counteract provocations and illegal actions, as well as the protection of warning areas, points of reception and collection of citizens.”
