A Molotov cocktail was thrown at the front door of the Togliatti administration building on Belorusskaya Street, the Samara edition of Nesluhi.rf writes , citing representatives of the administration.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Molotov cocktail arrived at the building at about 4 am. In addition to the door, the ceiling lining caught fire. The building was bypassed by police officers with cynologists, the Ministry of Internal Affairs declined to comment.
As recalled by the publication, in the spring the same building was covered with red paint.
