Neo-Nazi Milchakov, who fights on the side of Russia, called for the torture and “utilization” of Ukrainian prisoners of war

The neo-Nazi and the commander of the Rusich unit, Aleksey Milchakov, nicknamed Fritz, called for the torture and killing of Ukrainian prisoners of war. He published “Instructions for the disposal of prisoners of war of the Armed Forces of Ukraine” in his Telegram channel. This happened after the godfather of Vladimir Putin, Viktor Medvedchuk, was exchanged for Ukrainian prisoners of war, including Azov commanders.

In the first paragraph of the instruction, Milchakov urges not to report on the prisoners to the higher command. If this could not be avoided, Milchakov writes, the commander should be informed that the prisoner is wounded and may die, even if this is not actually the case.

Further, Milchakov calls for questioning the prisoners. First, he proposes to do this without the use of torture, and the second time – already "with elements of influence." Thus, a neo-Nazi writes that prisoners can be cut off their fingers, cut off their ears, beat them in the groin and joints, and drive needles under their nails.

The questions that Milchakov proposes to ask the prisoners relate to data on the deployment of Ukrainian troops, the number of their equipment, weapons, and so on. Answers, writes Milchakov, can be filmed.

After interrogation, according to the neo-Nazi, the prisoner should be shot or slaughtered. "In order to avoid draining" this should be done "without attracting attention." If several people were initially involved in the interrogations, they must also join in the murder. The second option offered by Milchakov is to wound the prisoner in the liver in order to eliminate the chance of survival, and send him to the hospital.

At the end of the “instruction,” Milchakov writes that information about the bodies of those killed who have been identified should be sold to their relatives for $ 2-5 thousand. Milchakov offers to accept payment on a crypto wallet.

Milchakov is known for posting on his social media in 2011 photos of a puppy's head being cut off to incite xenophobic killings. During the war in Donbas, he cut off the ears of the killed Ukrainian soldiers and carved the sign of Kolovrat on their faces, and posted photos of his atrocities on social networks. He also fought in Syria as part of the Wagner PMC.
