According to the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, first of all, as part of the “partial” mobilization, riflemen, tankers, artillerymen, drivers and driver-mechanics will be called up.
Employees of enterprises of the military-industrial complex, persons recognized as temporarily unfit for military service for health reasons, and citizens who are disabled of group I or are constantly engaged in caring for a family member are not subject to conscription.
