1ADAT: In Chechnya, abducted men who applied for a passport after the start of mobilization

In Chechnya, men are kidnapped who applied for foreign passports after the announcement of mobilization. Telegram channel 1ADAT writes about this. The authors of the channel note that a huge queue has lined up at the migration department to receive international passports.

According to the channel, in particular, Abu Magamadov, who was born on September 29, 2003, was kidnapped. Now, according to 1ADAT, he is illegally detained on the territory of the Grozny Regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

After Magomadov applied for a passport, they called him and asked him to come to the place where the passport was received to clarify the data. “Kadyrovites say that Abu will be mobilized to participate in a “special operation” in Ukraine,” the Telegram channel writes.

The authors of the channel emphasize that Magomadov has a military ID with category “B”, he never served and did not graduate from a university with a military department.

Human rights activists from 1ADAT write that they have already received many statements about abductions and threats to send them to Ukraine.

Chechen opposition and human rights activist Ibragim Yangulbaev told The Insider earlier that security forces in Grozny gathered the sons and husbands of Chechen women who had protested against the mobilization of Chechen women and sent them under threat to fight in Ukraine.

At the same time, the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, said the day before that the mobilization would not affect Chechnya, because the republic had already "overfulfilled the conscription plan by 254%."
