In St. Petersburg, after a search, feminist Bella Rapoport was detained. In total, 11 activists were searched

In St. Petersburg, feminist Bella Rapoport was detained for 48 hours. This was reported by journalist Boris Konakov.

She was searched prior to her arrest. “Bella was detained at home at five in the morning, her phone and computer were confiscated,” Konakov wrote.

Fontanka writes that on September 24, 11 people were detained in St. Petersburg.

Earlier it was reported that a member of the Human Rights Council Evgenia Litvinova and an activist Dmitry Martynichev were detained in the case of "telephone terrorism". SOTA journalist Victoria Arefieva was detained in the same case. On September 24, early in the morning, the security forces broke down the door to her apartment and conducted a search. After that, the journalist was detained for 48 hours. Arefieva's colleagues are sure that in this way they are trying to prevent her from working at the anti-war rallies that will be held this Saturday.

On September 24, they also searched the homes of Viasna activists Yevgeny Zateev and Valentin Khoroshenin. The activists are under a "prohibition of certain actions" in the case of "creating an organization that infringes on the personality and rights of citizens." They also came to the activist Pallada Bashurova (Polina Titova) – she is a suspect in two cases of "telephone terrorism" at once.
