Putin signed a decree on deferment from mobilization for students. He doesn’t care about the attendants.

Vladimir Putin signed a decree on postponing mobilization for full-time and part-time students in institutions of secondary vocational and higher education. This applies to those who receive education for the first time.

Recall that part-time education is not the same as part-time. Part-time form involves attending classes in the evenings and weekends. During part-time studies, attendance is only required during the session and exams.

Earlier, the General Staff stated that students would not be mobilized. The authorities have repeatedly reported that only professional soldiers will go to the front. On September 22, it became known that in Ulan-Ude in Buryatia, students were taken directly from classes for mobilization. In the morning, the National Guard came to the university. “The cops are in my corps. 10-15 people,” wrote one of the students.
