Rogozin may head a new federal district in the occupied territories – Vedomosti

Former general director of Roscosmos Dmitry Rogozin may head a new federal district – Crimean, which will include both the annexed Crimea and the so-called LPR, DPR, as well as the Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions joined as a result of "referendums". Vedomosti writes about this, citing sources in the Federation Council and the government environment.

One of the sources of the publication said that the decision on Rogozin will be made in the near future and "it is very likely to be positive."

Vladimir Putin fired Rogozin from the post of head of Roscosmos on July 15. Yury Borisov was appointed General Director of the corporation. On the eve of his dismissal, Meduza's sources reported that Rogozin could go to work in the Presidential Administration.
