Ruslan Zinin, who shot at the military commissar, had a friend killed in the war, and his brother received a summons – Baza

Ruslan Zinin, during interrogation, said that he opened fire at the military registration and enlistment office, as his brother received a summons, and earlier his friend had died in the war. Baza writes about it.

According to Zinin, in March 2022, his best friend, 19-year-old Daniil, died in the war. And in September, his cousin, 21-year-old Vasily Gurov, received the summons.

On September 26, Zinin shot at the head of the Ust-Ilimsk military registration and enlistment office, Alexander Eliseev, right at his workplace, now he is in intensive care in a serious condition.

Later, witnesses said that there was no metal detector in the military registration and enlistment office, and no one checked the documents of conscripts:

“We looked at the agenda, scribbled in the magazine and go through. His weapon was like from Brother-2, very similar, like a homemade sawn-off shotgun.”
