On the night of September 27, an unidentified person approached the window of the military pensioners' accounting office and started a fire inside. The publication claims that the man fled, the fire was extinguished by the guards who arrived.

Tonight, an unidentified person smashed a double-glazed window in a neighboring building of the military registration and enlistment office with a hammer and threw a “plastic bottle with a combustible mixture” into it. The window sill and the plastic frame caught fire in the room, the fire was extinguished, the report said. Baza notes that it is not yet clear if these arson attacks were carried out by a single person. Law enforcers opened a criminal case on intentional damage to property.

In Russia, after the announcement of a "partial" mobilization, they began to burn military enlistment offices and administrative buildings with renewed vigor. In addition, on September 26, 25-year-old Ruslan Zinin shot Alexander Eliseev, head of the Ust-Ilim military enlistment office, at his workplace, now he is in a hospital in serious condition. The shooter went inside the building, said: “No one will fight,” and fired from a sawed-off shotgun. After that, he was detained. According to Baza, before the shots, Zinin said another phrase: “Now we will all go home.” TASS was told in court that he was taken into custody until November 26. On the same day, September 26, another man attempted to set himself on fire near the central bus station in Ryazan, stating that he did not want to fight in Ukraine. Police and an ambulance arrived at the scene, but the man was not injured.
