The Tverskoy District Court sent Artyom Kamardin and Yegor Shtovba, participants of the Mayakovsky Readings, to a pre-trial detention center until November 25. It isreported by "Mediazona"

Kamardin, Shtovba, and another participant in the Readings, Nikolai Daineko, are suspects in the case of inciting hatred, humiliation, and incitement to violence against “volunteer armed groups of the LNR and DNR.”

Earlier, the court made the same decision in relation to Daineko.

After the trial, journalists approached Kamardin:

“- I was beaten, people in uniform forced me to write down apologies, three were not in uniform, all the rest were in uniform. They burst into the apartment and started beating, forced to undress <…>

“You were abused, were you really?

– Yes Yes. I don't want any details.

Do you admit guilt?

"I don't know what I'm guilty of."

On September 26, security forces broke into the apartment of Kamardin and his girlfriend, activist Aleksandra Popova. Kamardin was beaten and raped. Alexandra was beaten by five of them, her hair was pulled out, they tried to glue her mouth with superglue, they also threatened her with rape, later in the Investigative Committee she was shown a video of Artyom being raped.
