State Duma deputy from Transbaikalia, Lieutenant-General Andrei Gurulev, announced the disappearance of 1.5 million sets of uniforms.
“It is still unclear to me where the 1.5 million sets [of uniforms] that were stored at the points of reception of personnel have gone. Today we have problems with the form, then with something else. It was all there, where did it disappear to? No one anywhere can explain it in any way!” he said.
Gurulev did not rule out a new wave of mobilization, but noted that there is time to prepare. “Today we have reception points for personnel. They need to be completed today for the future. God forbid, the situation will not allow, and they will tell us that we still need to [mobilize],” the deputy noted.
According to him, “general Bulgakov should not be sent to another job, one should specifically ask where, where and why it happened that our mobilized do not receive uniforms.”
At the end of September, Army General Dmitry Bulgakov, whom Gurulev speaks of, was relieved of his post as Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, allegedly "in connection with a transfer to another job." Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev, who previously headed the National Defense Control Center of the Russian Federation, was appointed in his place. He, in particular, commanded the assault on Mariupol. He also led the operation in Syria.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine previously published an audio recording where Mizintsev insults his subordinates and threatens to put them on the bottle:
“Bastards .. Here he is scum, he frowned bullish eyes, puffed out his eyes and now he is dissatisfied with his face, showing me a smelly face. What else does he serve? And why should I deal with your scum? Commander, get up! Why hasn't his face been mutilated yet, why hasn't his ear been cut off yet, why isn't this bastard still limping!… Does he have a wife? You have parents, comrade scum."
“And then Comrade Yaroshenko came out and said: over there, we took him, he is now in intensive care. Well, Comrade Matyukhin told you to find him in intensive care and push a broken bottle of beer into him! At the beginning of the war, Mizintsev justified attacks on schools and hospitals in the Kharkiv region, claiming that the Ukrainian military had set up combat positions and deployed equipment there.
Recall that on September 21, Vladimir Putin announced a "partial" mobilization. According to Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, "about 300,000 reservists" will be mobilized. But the agendas are handed out indiscriminately.
