Valeeva was fined 40,000 rubles. The court did not arrest Olga, because she has minor children. The second girl was arrested for 10 days.

“I want to offer my sincere apologies for performing a song about the meaning of which I had no idea. I didn’t know that she had some kind of nationalistic character and in no case did she want to carry some kind of propaganda by singing this song, ”said Olga Valeeva.
On October 2, Olga Valeeva sang the song "Chervona Kalina", the girl published the video on Instagram. He quickly spread through "patriotic" publics with insults to Valeeva. According to her, threats and hundreds of angry comments began to be written to her in direct.
State Duma deputy from Crimea Leonid Ivlev demanded that the Ministry of Internal Affairs "deal with the incident." Valeeva herself stated that she did not know that the song was banned.
