Russian troops launched a missile attack on a medical facility in the Kupyansky district of the Kharkiv region. According to Oleg Sinegubov, head of the region, an anesthesiologist died and a nurse was injured.
The building itself is almost completely destroyed – from the first to the fourth floor. Rescuers and law enforcement agencies are on the scene.
On October 1, the SBU published photo and video evidence from the place of execution in the Kupyansky district of a convoy of cars with civilians. According to the head of the region, Sinegubov, a total of 24 people died , including a pregnant woman and 13 children. He blamed the execution on the Russian military. On September 30, the Ukrainian authorities reported shelling by Russian troops of Nikolaev, Dnipro and Zaporozhye.
Against the background of the counter-offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the south of Ukraine, the Russian troops repeatedly attacked the country's communal infrastructure. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the infrastructure of settlements was damaged from air strikes and MLRS shelling: Kam, Veselaia Dolina, Zaitsevo, New York, Kostromka, Pervomayskoye, Stepnoye, Maly Shcherbaki, Belaya Krinitsa, Dry Pond, Belogorovka, Yuryevka and Mirnoye.
