In the mobilization center of Novosibirsk, the second mobilized person died, the Sibkrai newspaper writes , citing relatives of the deceased. According to media reports, he died as a result of violent acts.
Information about his death was confirmed by the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Novosibirsk Region: “The fact of the second death has been confirmed. Investigators are working. They don't give any more information."
Earlier it became known that in the same mobilization point – the Novosibirsk Higher Military Command School – a resident of Bratsk, Irkutsk Region, died. According to Irkutsk News, death occurred in a dream, and alcohol poisoning could have been the cause. However, his mother claims that he never abused alcohol:
“Now they are talking about heart failure … But the fact is that my son never abused alcohol. He went to Ukraine absolutely consciously, voluntarily, at his own request. He called from the training unit and said that there was a complete mess, no one was watching the mobilized, everyone was doing what they wanted.
