Sevastopol imposed restrictions on the purchase of fuel and products, but immediately removed

Update: Restrictions on the sale of food and gasoline have been removed. “Logistics deliveries of fuel and groceries through the liberated territories have been officially confirmed. There is no deficit and there will not be,” the local authorities said.

Sevastopol imposes restrictions on the purchase of fuel and products. According to the governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev , it will not be possible to buy gasoline in canisters, food – a maximum of 3 kg or three packs per person.

“There are signals that people at gas stations are trying to buy gasoline in canisters. In order not to provoke artificial excitement: gasoline will not be dispensed into canisters,” the governor wrote.

According to him, there is a supply of gasoline for 40 days.

“To avoid the hype, we are also introducing a restriction on the sale of groceries: in one hand up to 3 kilograms or 3 packs of products. We are not cut off from the mainland! There are land corridors through new territories, a ferry service has already been launched in the area of the Crimean bridge,” Razvozzhaev said.

Queues lined up in Crimean supermarkets and gas stations.

Meanwhile, the head of the Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, said that there was no shortage: “I want to assure the Crimeans that the Republic of Crimea is fully provided with fuel and food. We have more than a month's supply of fuel, more than two months of food. There are no risks in this part, as well as reasons for excitement. We in Crimea experienced more difficult times. Therefore, I ask everyone to be patient, to maintain restraint and calmness. The situation is under control."

On October 8, at 6 am, an explosion thundered on the automobile part of the Crimean bridge from the side of the Taman Peninsula. Presumably, a truck exploded on the automobile part of the bridge. As a result, the tanks of the train, which was walking along the railway part of the bridge, caught fire. The alleged moment of the explosion was caught on video.

The UK opened a criminal case, but did not specify under which article. The head of the parliament of the annexed Crimea said that “Ukrainian vandals” damaged the roadway.

After the explosion on the bridge, Russian Railways suspended the sale of tickets for trains to Crimea from it.

The All-Russian Union of Insurers preliminary estimated the damage from the explosion at 200-500 million rubles. In a conversation with RIA Novosti, representatives of the department said that the timing of the restoration could be named only after the completion of the survey.
