Explosions are heard in the center of Kyiv, according to Ukrainian media, citing eyewitnesses. According to the mayor of the city, Vitali Klitschko, the explosions occurred in the Shevchenko district in the city center.
“Several explosions in the Shevchenkovsky district – in the center of the capital. All services are directed to the site. Details will follow," Klitschko wrote .
