Muscovite Anton Usov received 15 days of arrest and a fine of 50,000 rubles after his arrest for listening to Ukrainian music.
According to OVD-Info, Usov was found guilty under articles on disobedience to a police officer and discrediting the armed forces of the Russian Federation. The man was detained by traffic police officers – the reason for this was that he allegedly listened to Ukrainian music in his car.
As noted by OVD-Info, Usov is a single father, he was brought to justice under these administrative articles for the first time. He has four children under the age of 18 who are dependent on him. Despite this, the court decided to appoint an arrest for the maximum term.
