Singer Klava Coca is being tested for “insulting the feelings of believers”

Investigators are checking the work of the Russian singer Klava Koka (Klavdia Vysokova) after a complaint from the National Historical Heritage Protection Fund. According to TASS, the check is being conducted on the subject of "violation of her right to freedom of conscience and religion." The Foundation asks to initiate a criminal case against the artist.

The reason for the complaint was the performance of the singer in early September in Vladivostok.

Then the Russian media wrote that the parents of local schoolchildren complained about the singer, as she was dressed in "vulgar clothes" and her performance ("against the background of the church", which is really not visible in the video from the concert) "corrupted minors."

The singer herself previously denied these accusations, explaining that she did not know that the organizers chose an Orthodox church as the backdrop for the stage, and her performance itself took place in a raincoat, and not in a “half-naked look”. Moreover, the singer stated that she is an Orthodox and baptized person and would never allow herself to “desecrate the faith of any denomination”:
