If they refuse, they threaten to send them to prison or take them to a war zone and shoot them. This was reported to The Insider by relatives of one of the mobilized. The university is included in the list of enterprises of the military-industrial complex and therefore its employees should not be mobilized.
Tamara, mother of a 20-year-old milling mechanic at the Moscow State Technical University named after M.V. Bauman Anton Gnedovets, said that, despite the reservation, her son was brought a summons to work. The document was unsigned and dated. On October 4, Anton went to the recruiting station at 119 Prospekt Mira, building 46, to show the reservation and explain the situation. “He never came out again,” his mother says.

From Prospekt Mir, Anton and colleagues were taken to Patriot Park, from there to Naro-Fominsk, and then to Selyatino. “They have already signed for them that they belong to this military unit,” Tamara explained. In Selyatino, Anton and three of his colleagues refused to get off the bus. Then the relatives were told that they were again taken to Patriot Park.
Since October 4, Anton has been on a hunger strike in protest. In part, they answered him: “Well, die, we will write off the fact that you yourself gave up everything.” “They threaten him all this time, they persuade him to sign some documents, they insist that he write an explanatory note. He did not sign anything, but they told him: “Either you go to prison or to war.” They also threatened to send me to a psychiatric hospital. All this time he does not eat anything, he buys water with his own money, ”said the mother of Gnedovets.
On October 11, another employee of the Moscow State Technical University was forcibly mobilized. Bauman Denis Ganzhin, he is 44 years old, he is an electrician for lighting and lighting networks of the third category. As his daughter Elena Ganzhina told The Insider, on October 10, her father was given a summons at work, which included the address – Zubovsky Boulevard, Building 2. On October 11, he arrived at this address and found out that this was a mobilization point.

“All documents were taken away from him and they were forcibly kept there. He showed a delay, but all his documents were ignored. They took away his passport and military ID, leaving only his phone, so he kept in touch with us. He was already given a form, everything was decided for him. My mother and I arrived at about four o'clock, they barely let us in. Mom also began to show a document confirming that he had a delay, to which they shrugged and said that they would not do anything like that, they would not look at anything, “everything, he is already in uniform.” At seven o'clock we said goodbye to him and he was taken away by bus, but he did not sign any documents. There are situations when they are forced to sign something. They didn’t force him, he didn’t sign anything, but he was forcibly kept all day, and now he was kidnapped and forcibly kept in the Naro-Fominsk district, ”Elena said.

According to her, her father's company is sent to the border with Belarus. “They will stand there without any military action, but there will also be exercises. During these three or four days they changed parts four times, i.e. they were taken from one part to another, and on Friday they stood on the street from nine in the morning and could not go anywhere, ”said Elena.
