According to him, "one rocket hit the energy infrastructure facility", a fire started. About 30 explosions occurred in the Nikopol district.

Energy company Yasno reported emergency power outages in Dnipro and the Dnipropetrovsk region. The company's CEO Sergei Kovalenko urged residents to limit the use of energy-intensive appliances, the message was posted on Facebook:
