In Belarus, Vyacheslav Bukas, a resident of Bobruisk, left blue-and-yellow lamps at the monument to the victims of repressions. He was found by fingerprints and given 15 days of arrest, Zerkalo reports .

The court found the man guilty under the article for violating the procedure for organizing or holding mass events. According to the court, by his actions Bukas "expressed his public and political opinion before the Independence Day of Ukraine."

The man pleaded guilty.
