In Ukraine, another, 26th, victim of the shooting of a motorcade fired on September 25 near the village of Kurilovka, Kupyansky district, Kharkiv region, was found. This is stated in the message of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
Prosecutors of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, together with SBU investigators, found the body of a 19-year-old boy. According to preliminary data, after the execution of the column, he was wounded, after which he walked about 1.5 km, and then died. The body has been sent for examination.
Investigators also found that during the execution, two children managed to escape – a one-year-old boy and a girl, who is 5.5 years old. Their parents died, the children were saved by passers-by, they have already been handed over to their relatives.
Investigative actions are carried out within the framework of criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of the laws and customs of war).
On October 1, the SBU published photo and video evidence from the place of execution in the Kupyansky district of a convoy of cars with civilians. The head of the region, Oleg Sinegubov, blamed the attack on the Russian military.
