Part of Belgorod was left without electricity due to a fire at an electrical substation. The governor says that the matter is in the “overvoltage”

In Belgorod, a fire broke out at the Yuzhnaya electrical substation. The city has partially lost power. According to local authorities, this has nothing to do with the war.

“There was a disconnection of the transformer at the Yuzhnaya substation due to overvoltage. So far, two streets remain without electricity: Gubkina and First Salyut Boulevard. Emergency teams are already working to eliminate the consequences. It will take an hour and a half to reconnect,” Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov wrote on Telegram.
