In Kherson, an improvised explosive device went off in a car or next to it, there are dead and wounded, Minister of Health of the Kherson region Vadim Ilmiyev told reporters, Interfax reports . The occupying "authorities" called it a terrorist attack.

“As a result of a terrorist attack on Chernomorskaya Street in Kherson, a man born in 1972 died and three people were injured. Assistance is being provided to all the victims,” Ilmiyev said.

Ukrainian sources report that the bombing could be an attempt on the “head of the local pre-trial detention center” Oleg Tyuturai, who went over to the side of the Russian army. The Ukrainian Telegram channel “Politics of the Country” reports that Tyuturai survived, but a passer-by died and several people were injured.
