Propagandist Anton Krasovsky fired from RT

Propagandist Anton Krasovsky was fired from the RT channel after saying that Ukrainian children who believe that the territory of Ukraine is occupied by Russia should be drowned in the river or burned alive. The dismissal of Krasovsky was announced by Margarita Simonyan, head of RT.

“The statement of Anton Krasovsky is wild and disgusting. Perhaps Anton will explain what kind of temporary insanity it was caused and how it broke from his tongue. It is hard to believe that Krasovsky sincerely believed that children should be drowned. At the moment, I am stopping our cooperation, because neither I nor the rest of the RT team can allow even the thought that one of us is capable of sharing such a game, ”wrote Simonyan.

The statement in question was made by Krasovsky during an interview with the writer Sergei Lukyanenko. On the same air, that Ukraine "should not exist at all." Lukyanenko objected to this that Ukraine should exist, because "there will be a large number of people with whom I would not want to live in the same state." “Well, we’ll shoot,” Krasovsky replied to this.

In July, Krasovsky, a propagandist for the Russia Today channel, published a recording of his trip to eastern Ukraine and lamented that “Vinnitsa is not enough.” The day before, Vinnitsa was shelled by the Russian military. Artillery hit the center of the city, dozens of people were killed.
