A Russian with many children died after being mobilized for exercises, a grenade launcher exploded next to him – Baza

In the Orenburg region, Ivan Polyansky, a 26-year-old father of three, received a summons and refused a deferment; two weeks later, during an exercise, a grenade launcher exploded next to him, the man died from his injuries. Baza reports .

The publication claims that the summons to the father of many children came three times. In the first days of mobilization, he was not taken away, because "there was not enough space." According to Baza, the man served in the Caucasus as a grenade launcher in 2015-2016, so he decided to go to the service, despite the excuses of his wife and relatives.

On October 16, Polyansky went to the training center in the village of Nizhnyaya Pavlovka, the very next day the mobilized complained by phone to his wife about the food and the mess in the center. Four days later, during an exercise, a grenade launcher exploded near Polyansky, and he was urgently hospitalized. As a result, the man died from his injuries.

The wife herself believes that her husband's grenade launcher could explode due to the fact that old ammunition was used in the exercises. According to her, this batch was removed and sent for examination, an inspection is being carried out at the training ground. The woman was left with three sons, the youngest of whom is three years old.

On October 24, a 48-year-old man from Khakassia died in one of the military units of Omsk, the government of the republic reported . The cause of death is called the disease, which one is not specified.

Earlier, State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin said that fathers of many children with three or more children under 16 are exempt from "partial" mobilization. According to him, more than 9,500 fathers were recalled from military units and returned to their families. At the same time, no law on this was adopted and published, and the State Duma had previously proposed exempting children under 18 from the mobilization of fathers with many children.
