An explosion occurred at the Volgograd plant for the production of heating radiators "Forte Prom GmbH". One person died, two were hospitalized with burns of varying severity. This is reported by the portal "V1.ru".

The publication clarifies that an employee of the enterprise, a 54-year-old man, died.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the region announced preliminary data, according to which there was an ignition of aluminum dust in the exhaust pipe. The source of the publication added that the dust caught fire during the welding work.

The prosecutor's office of the Volgograd region organized an inspection in connection with the explosion at the enterprise. Alexander Bondarenko, acting prosecutor of the Krasnoarmeysky district of Volgograd, left for the scene. The Health Committee of the Administration of the Volgograd Region reported that after the explosion, a 26-year-old employee who received serious burns was taken to the burn center of the Clinical Ambulance Hospital No. 25 after the explosion. A 22-year-old woman was also taken to the hospital by private transport, she is receiving the necessary assistance.

On October 22, there was an explosion at a gunpowder factory in Perm (FKP Perm Gunpowder Factory). He led to the fire. As a result, three employees of the plant were killed , one was injured. This plant makes charges for air defense systems, Grad and Smerch multiple launch rocket systems, and other weapons used by Russia in the war with Ukraine. The last time a fire at the Perm gunpowder factory was reported was on May 1, when there were two dead.
