In Bashkiria, mobilized fathers who have three or more children under 16 will not be returned from the combat zone in Ukraine. This was stated by I. about. Alexander Krumin, Head of the Social Welfare Center of the Military Commissariat of Bashkortostan, during a special briefing on the BST TV channel.
According to Krumin, Russians with many children can only be recalled from training centers where they undergo combat coordination:
“Only citizens who are in places of combat coordination will be replaced. Those citizens who have already left to carry out the tasks of a special military operation cannot be returned.”
The commander of the unit where the mobilized serve must himself provide lists of fathers with many children to the military registration and enlistment office. Krumin also noted that those returned home would be replaced by other reservists.
Earlier, the head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, demanded that the mobilized fathers of many children be returned home. He also mentioned only those who are in "places of combat coordination."
“Let those who are in the places of combat coordination in the Saratov, Penza regions, Kazan – and who have three children under 16 years old, let's still recall them. They gave me a figure, it's about 200 people. I think it will be fair."
State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin said that fathers of many children with three or more children under 16 are exempt from "partial" mobilization. According to him, more than 9,500 fathers were recalled from military units and returned to their families. At the same time, no relevant law was adopted and published, and a bill was previously submitted to the State Duma on the exemption of fathers of large children under 18 from mobilization.
On October 13, Andrei Kartapolov, head of the State Duma Committee on Defense, told Parliamentary Gazeta that now fathers with many children will be able to get a deferment from mobilization even with three children, and called it a gesture of goodwill from the Ministry of Defense. Kartapolov also noted that so far the changes have been made only to documents for official use and have not been officially published anywhere.
