The return of the roach: the Tyumen police appealed against the termination of the case on the inscription “No to ***e”

In Tyumen, the police appealed against the termination of the administrative case on the "discredit" of the Russian army against a local resident Alisa Klimentova, writes "OVD-Info". The girl who wrote “NO TO ***E” with crayons on the pavement convinced the court that she meant “NO TO VOBLES”.

The case became resonant and gave rise to many memes on social networks. In September, a protocol on “discrediting” was drawn up against Klimentova – Part 1 of Art. 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, which implies a fine of 30 to 50 thousand rubles. They even confiscated a blue chalk from the girl. The police insisted that the reconstructed inscription looked like "NO WAR", but the girl in court said that she meant "NO VOBLES", as she "feels hostility to this type of fish." The case was dismissed because the court decided that the defendant's argument was not refuted by anything.

However, this did not end there. The Ministry of Internal Affairs for Tyumen filed a complaint and wrote in it that Klimentova allegedly participated in the action against the mobilization on September 24, and, in addition to the inscription “NO B *** E”, she painted “Pacific” on the asphalt, “which means the international symbol of peace, disarmament, anti-war and anti-nuclear movement.

From this, the police “concluded” that the girl’s actions were aimed at “expressing disagreement with the announced partial mobilization.”

The text of the complaint was published by the Telegram channel “Tyumen is a rich region!”.
