Ukrainian authorities urged Ukrainian refugees not to return and spend the winter abroad

The Minister for the Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine, Irina Vereshchuk, appealed to the Ukrainians who left and asked them not to return to their homeland until spring – to spend the winter abroad. She announced this during the telethon.

All because of the massive shelling that the Russian military launched – they destroy civilian objects, as well as objects of the Ukrainian energy infrastructure.

“I will ask you not to return, we need to survive the winter. Unfortunately, the networks will not survive, you see what Russia is doing. Do not do this. If there is an opportunity to stay, it is better to spend the winter abroad for now, ”Strana.ua quoted Vereshchuk as saying.

On October 22, the Russian military again launched a massive attack on energy facilities in Ukraine. Ukrenergo said that the scale of damage is comparable to the Russian attacks on October 10-12 and may even exceed them. According to Ukrainian authorities, as a result of massive shelling after October 10, 30 to 40% of the energy infrastructure was damaged.

On the eve of The Insider released a joint investigation with Bellingcat and Der Spiegel, which for the first time reports who exactly aims missiles at civilian targets in Ukraine. A secret unit has been discovered in the Russian army that determines flight missions for high-precision missiles. The investigation identified 30 military engineers, most of them young men and women with an IT background. Detailing their calls confirms the involvement of these specialists in the murder of civilians in Ukraine.
