“Comrade Supreme Commander, in accordance with the training plan for the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, under your leadership, training is being conducted to control the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, during which the tasks of delivering a massive nuclear strike by strategic offensive forces in response to an enemy nuclear strike will be worked out,” the Russians quoted state agency Shoigu.
At the end of September, Putin said that if its territorial integrity was threatened, Russia would "use all available means."
Earlier, in a conversation with The Insider, an expert on nuclear missile weapons, a former employee of the design missile bureau of the Southern Machine-Building Plant, Alexander Kochetkov, indicated that the United States and Great Britain would immediately receive information about the possible use of nuclear weapons by Russia, since the technical means of control and the intelligence network make it possible to find out the exact data, and it is impossible to hide the transportation of a nuclear weapon.
