The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, said that 23 fighters were killed, 58 more were wounded, four of them were seriously injured during the strike of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on a Chechen base in the Kherson region. He posted a message on the Telegram channel.
Kadyrov expressed condolences to the families of the victims and noted that there were heavy losses that day, but the Chechens "are participating in jihad, fighting against the forces of Iblis." He promised to take revenge and "destroy mercilessly" Ukrainian fighters. At the same time, the head of Chechnya claims that on the same day the fighters destroyed "about 70 Bandera". This information has not been officially confirmed.
Kadyrov promised to help the families of the victims and recalled that the authorities are allocating 1 million rubles for the funeral of fighters, another 12 million are paid by the state. Wounded soldiers receive three million rubles.

The head of Chechnya also claims that weapon skills are “the duty of a Muslim” and encourages Chechens to enroll in military training courses:

The shelling of the headquarters of the Kadyrov regiment in the school building in the Kherson region became known on October 25 by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Oppositional Chechen Telegram channels reported that Kadyrov’s men from the special unit of the Chechen National Guard “Neftepolk” were under attack. The school, where the Kadyrovites are housed, is located in the village of Kairi, Kherson region, Unian reported.
