In Labytnangi, after school, schoolchildren sew clothes for the Russian military in Ukraine

In Labytnangi, students of one of the schools sew clothes for the Russian military stationed in Ukraine after school. This was told by the head of the city Marina Treskova.

On her page on VKontakte, she writes that 15 students in grades 6-10 of school No. 3 are engaged in sewing under the guidance of teacher Snezhana Kanashova. Children make clothes not only for those who are directly in the war, but also for the newly mobilized, waiting to be sent to the front in training centers.

Children, according to Treskova, sew balaclavas and warm sweaters. They have already made seven sets of clothes, and, as the head of the city writes, “the plans are to triple the volume.”

This is not the first time schoolchildren have been involved in helping the Russian military. So, after the announcement of the mobilization, students in Penza were removed from classes so that they would prepare beds for the mobilized.
