Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that there is no decree on the end of mobilization, if it appears, the population "will be additionally informed."
When asked if the Ministry of Defense could send new mobilization tasks to the regions, that is, to resume the call for mobilization, he replied: “In this case, there was a statement from the Minister of Defense, we need to focus on it.”
Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, at a meeting with Vladimir Putin on Friday, said that “the dispatch of citizens called up for mobilization was completed today,” “notification of citizens has been stopped,” and “no additional tasks are planned.”
Experts noted that until Putin personally announces the end of mobilization, formally men can still be taken to war.
