One of America's largest clothing retailers, Gap, is pulling out of Russia completely and closing all stores. Izvestia writes about this with reference to market participants.
According to experts cited by the publication, the reasons are the war in Ukraine and problems with revenue due to the unpopularity of the brand among Russians.
Market participants specify that the sale of the business is not expected.
In June, 23 Gap points operated in Russia: in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Yekaterinburg.
