Moscow activist Mikhail Krieger was charged under Art. 205.2 part 2 of the Criminal Code – justification of terrorism via the Internet.
The meeting on choosing a preventive measure will be held on Saturday, in the first half of the day, in the Cheryomushkinsky court, Krieger’s lawyer Katerina Tertukhina told Sota.
