Putin signed a decree on payments of 195 thousand rubles to mobilized and contract soldiers. Previously mobilized in Chuvashia staged a riot due to non-payment

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on a one-time payment in the amount of 195,000 rubles to mobilized and military personnel serving under a contract in the Armed Forces (AF) of the Russian Federation. The document was published on the official Internet portal of legal information.

“This decree applies to legal relations that have arisen since September 21, 2022,” the text of the decree says.

We are talking about citizens called up for military service by mobilization, as well as military personnel who served on conscription in the Russian Armed Forces, and about citizens who signed a contract during the period of the special operation for a year or more.

Since November 1, Russia hasestablished a minimum monthly allowance for those called up as part of partial mobilization, which will amount to 195,000 rubles a month. Payments will be made from the moment of enrollment in the lists of personnel of the military unit and regardless of its location.

At the beginning of November in Chuvashia there was a mass riot of those mobilized due to the lack of promised payments. The soldiers recorded on video their claims to the command and authorities:

“Dear citizens of the Russian Federation, the mobilized servicemen of the Chuvash Republic are turning to you! We, risking our own lives, are going to certain death for your safety and peaceful life! Our state refuses to pay us the money in the amount of 195 thousand rubles, which our President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin promised us! Why then should we go to fight for this state, leaving our families without support?”

The conscripts advised the deputies to “hand over their fucking party cards” and go to war in Ukraine themselves and complained that the authorities “fucked” them.
